Who We Serve

Is this network for your profile?

Associates Realty serves six profiles: foreign investors, remote owners, short-term rental owners, brokers and agents, property managers, and contractors and providers. If Miami property is your asset or your business, one of these is you.

Foreign investors

International buyers and owners who need help understanding, protecting, and operating Miami property.

Remote owners

Owners outside Miami who need local eyes, repairs, insurance review, documents, and action plans.

Short-term rental owners

Owners who need rent control, repairs, vendor coordination, guest-ready properties, and income visibility.

Brokers and agents

Professionals who want a better support network for clients after the transaction.

Property managers

Managers who need help with vendors, older buildings, insurance, repairs, permits, and owner communication.

Contractors and providers

Local professionals who want to join a property service network.

Which owners does the network serve?

Foreign investors who need help understanding and operating U.S. property, remote owners who need local eyes and action plans, and short-term rental owners who need operations, repairs, and income visibility handled.

Which professionals does the network serve?

Brokers and agents who want a support network for clients after the transaction, property managers dealing with older buildings and vendor chaos, and contractors and providers who want to join a trusted referral network.

What if I fit more than one profile?

Most clients do — a foreign investor is usually also a remote owner, and often becomes a short-term rental operator. The Property Review handles the overlap: it maps your actual situation, not your label.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I live outside the U.S. Can I really own and operate Miami property through the network?

Yes — that is the core use case. The network covers purchase, structure, insurance, maintenance, rental, and accounting, with communication in English, Spanish, and Italian.

I am a broker. What does the network do for my clients?

It gives your clients a coordinated after-sale infrastructure — insurance, repairs, management, accounting — which reflects on you as continuing value, not a handoff into the void.

I am a contractor. How do I join?

Contact the team to apply. The directory is being rebuilt from official records: an entry is published only when it can name what was checked, which authority confirmed it, and the date it was confirmed.

I only need one small thing — a repair, a policy question. Is that too small?

No. Single needs are the normal entry point; the network exists so that one solved need does not require finding five new vendors later.
