The Network Directory organizes South Florida property providers by category and county. No category is published yet: we are rebuilding the directory from official records — starting with Florida DBPR licensing — and a category goes live only when there are enough providers that meet the criteria to give you a real choice. In the meantime the network routes your request to a local professional directly through the contact form.
When a listing goes live
An entry goes live only when it can name the specific check, the authority that confirmed it, and the date — for licensed trades in Florida, a DBPR reference you can look up yourself. No category is published yet.
How a category opens
A category is published when there are enough providers that meet the criteria to give a real choice, not as soon as the first one clears. Insurance, real estate agents and home inspection follow the same bar — same category-by-county structure.
How do I find the right local contact for my property?
Start from your need, not from a category list: insurance, repairs, management, rental readiness, accounting, permits, business services, or urgent support. Tell the team what you need and your request is routed to a local professional directly, while the directory is being built.
What has to be true before a provider is listed?
An entry has to come from an official record and name the specific check, the authority that confirmed it, and the date it was confirmed — for licensed trades in Florida, a DBPR reference you can verify yourself. An entry without that provenance does not go live, and a category is not filled just to look populated.

Is the directory free to use?
Yes, requesting a contact through the network is free for owners. Providers apply for listing separately.
Why are there no providers listed right now?
Because none has cleared the publishing bar yet. Each entry has to name what was checked, which authority confirmed it and the date it was confirmed, and a category publishes only when there are enough providers that meet the criteria to compare. We would rather show an empty directory than one we cannot stand behind.
